Delivered with Aaron Thomas Collins slightly affected, slightly inebriated Randy Newman-esque appeal, and saturated with gang vocals, R&B hooks, wild horns and tribal-jazz rhythms, the record swaggers and stomps over pre-defined notions of what rock & roll in the 21st Century can, could, or should be.
